This started out as a quick brush sketch of Dr Fate but I felt like dropping in some quick colors in the interest of getting myself back on track.

Perhaps you could have an organized group work stoppage with your fellow employees in order to leverage the entire work force for the purpose of collectively bargaining better wages and benefits. That is... if you have the balls.
