It looks awesome Joel. The more I look at, the more the tattoo bothers me... it may just need a bit of shading. That's my two cents. As always your awesomeness continues to amaze me.
I like the illustration, and it looks good overall, but I'm not a big fan of the brush tool you used for a lot of that blood.
There's a disconnect here between the subtle shaded-over-flat color and the hyper detailed/textured painted technique you're going for with the blood. I'm seldom a big fan of it unless the inks are done digitally as well, because there is always a disconnect.

You should really look at some José Villarrubia in Spider-Man: Reign. That's definitely the stylistic route I think you are aspiring for.
The knife, and the more solid splatters on his pant-legs are the best part though. Very well integrated into the line art.
